1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Period: Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. All original accessories, documentation, and any free gifts that accompanied the product must also be included.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, gift cards, and any item marked as “final sale” are non-returnable unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or we sent the incorrect item.
  • Tracking & Insurance: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Levto Finance is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Inspection & Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • If the item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, the return may be denied, or only a partial refund may be granted.

5. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.
  • Once verified, we will offer an exchange or a full refund, including the shipping cost, at no additional charge to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
